Hey lovers! This week is super insane and intense, because I have thousand things to do and the more stuff happens the less energy I have. I work like a beast! So in temporary sweet memory of my weird workouts I`m gonna share with you the ways I keep myself in shape (kind of :D).
First Weird Way Of Workout would be a random ~ 15 kilometers walk. I do it about few times a month. Sometimes even twice a week. I don`t know how to explain this strange phenomena, but it happens absolutelly random: I get out and just go :D Also I often choose walking over transport. And for some strange reasons I also prefer walking rather than bicycle.
Second Weird Way Of Workout would be exercises and similar random stuff at places like regional preserve where you can find inspiring views and such things as spring water. I guess I choose a places like this because I get bored at gym. Also when I go to treat my body I want to treat my soul either. So I guess nature is the best place for it :)
One more Weird Way Of Workout would be work. Literally. Often recording and shooting takes all energy from me. Especially when I do certain stuff at night. Well, at least I see the sunrises and this thing comes naturally :D All rush and chaos drives crazy and drains me physically, so after all that I always feel like I`ve spent hours at gym.
